Happy Roof is bringing honest roofing, locally owned, to the Florida Panhandle. Opening soon.
Nobody thinks about their roof until it gives them a reason to. A storm rolls through, a stain shows up on the ceiling, and suddenly you're dealing with water damage and an insurance adjuster.
That situation plays out far too often in Tampa Bay. We've watched homeowners get a fair-sounding quote that turned into a much bigger bill once the work started, or hire a crew that did the job and was never heard from again. So we built something different. We tell you what your roof actually needs done, we charge what we said we would, and if something comes up after the work is done, we're still around to pick up the phone.

What We Do
Your home takes the brunt of everything Florida throws at it, whether that's sun, salt air, summer downpours, or hurricane season in general. We install residential roofing systems designed to hold up for the long haul.
We work on flat, low-slope, and metal systems in commercial properties, and we plan around your business hours so the work doesn't become its own disruption. Ongoing maintenance programs available year-round.
Not every problem needs a new roof. We'll track down the source of the leak and replace anything that was damaged along the way. If a full replacement isn't necessary, we'll always make sure to say so.
Not sure what's going on with your roof? Whether you're buying a home, selling one, or just filing a claim, we'll thoroughly inspect any roof and put it in writing, so you have something to work from instead of a quick once-over.
After a storm, we can come out to assess the damage and document our findings. We're also willing to handle the claims process ourselves, so you're not the one going back and forth with the adjuster.
When it's time for a new roof, we'll walk you through every material option, including each one's costs over time, not just upfront. We also partner with builders on new construction across the Tampa Bay area.
ROOFING SYSTEMS WE INSTALL
We install the full range of residential roofing systems. We're an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor on the shingle side, and we work with multiple suppliers on tile and metal so you can match the right system to your home and budget.
Owens Corning Preferred

How It Works
We come out and look at the entire roof, not just the area you called about, usually within a day or two of your call. There's never any pressure or obligation to commit.
You'll receive a written estimate that breaks down every cost. If there's more than one way to do the job, we'll explain the tradeoffs and let you decide.
Our licensed crew arrives on schedule and completes the job while keeping your property protected throughout the process.
We'll go over the finished project together, clean up the site, and leave you with your warranty paperwork and permit records.
Happy Customers
We can tell you we show up on time and treat every home like it's our own, but it means more coming from the people we've actually worked with.
"I recently had my roof repaired and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Josh, the owner, was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. His partner Martin, the skilled craftsman, did an excellent job on the repairs. He executed high-quality work that looks fantastic and has given me complete peace of mind. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company that stands behind its work, I highly recommend reaching out to Happy Roof!"

"I cannot recommend Happy Roof more emphatically or with more confidence. They are efficient, honest, transparent and professional. I was kept in the loop every step of the way from beginning to end, including progression pictures and updates. Their attention to detail is incredible and impressed even someone as picky as myself. Additionally, I decided to go ahead and replace my roof just after getting new gutters, not fully thinking it through ahead of time, and the employees at Happy Roof truly went out of their way to ensure the gutters were still in the pristine condition when the roofing work was done. Would highly recommend Happy Roof again and again! Thank you so much for the amazing work and peace of mind!"

"Had a porch roof replaced, used TPO instead of rolled asphalt shingle. Looks much better. Work was completed within budget. Thanks for a job well done. Thanks to the very friendly and talented workers."

"Happy Roof did an amazing job. They were on time, polite and courteous across the board. They ensured my property remained undamaged during the roof replacement. If I had any concerns or questions, they were answered promptly and completed all the work and even more than I had requested. It is refreshing to find a company that is concerned about quality work, integrity and the added bonus of being very reasonably priced. In fact, they were the cheapest of all the estimates received. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a new roof. Rare find! They also completed the roof in a timely manner."
